Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances. Delays do not qualify for refunds.

BangerBong is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

As all products are handmade and made to order, we do not offer cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
